You can transform the hidden systems that shape your work, your family, and your community.

What is Designing the Invisible?

Designing the Invisible is a six-week online course for leaders, teams, and communities who want to uncover the hidden systems shaping their lives, and redesign them with intention.

The way we measure success, make decisions, and spend our energy defines the world we live in. Yet most of these forces are invisible, running in the background on autopilot. We chase numbers that don’t matter, burn out our energy, or accept patterns that leave us disconnected.

Whether you’re a manager trying to align your team, a parent seeking more meaningful rhythms at home, or a leader navigating complexity, Designing the Invisible will give you the frameworks and tools to see what’s hidden and redesign it for clarity, coherence, and meaning.

We’d love to have you join us.

Hi, I’m Twisha

I’m a design leader, educator, writer, and the creator of Invisible Work.

I’ve spent my career helping organizations, families, and communities uncover the systems they didn’t even know were shaping them — from how global companies measure loyalty, to how classrooms structure learning, to how families define success.

What I’ve learned is this: the most powerful forces in our lives are often invisible. And the moment we notice them, we gain the ability to change them.

What students are saying

Questions That Come Up a Lot

  • This course is for anyone who wants to see and redesign the hidden systems shaping their lives. Leaders, teams, families, and communities will all find practical tools they can apply immediately.

  • Most programs focus on what’s visible, goals, outputs, to-do lists. Designing the Invisible helps you uncover the unseen forces underneath: decision-making patterns, energy drains, unspoken metrics, and rituals that define how we live and work.

  • By the end of six weeks, you’ll know how to diagnose invisible systems, reframe metrics, and design practices that create coherence and meaning. You’ll leave with frameworks, exercises, and redesigned habits you can use at work and at home.

  • Not at all. Invisible systems shape every part of life, from boardrooms to family tables. Whether you’re leading a team, running a household, or shaping your community, this course will give you tools to create alignment and impact

What You’ll Learn — Designing the Invisible Curriculum

  • L1: Spot the Hidden Systems

Learn to notice the unseen forces that shape your daily life. From unspoken decision rules to family habits, invisible systems drive outcomes. This lesson helps you begin naming what was once hard to see.

  • L2: Diagnose Patterns and Blind Spots

Discover how to map recurring behaviors that shape results. Uncover risks and stuck points that drain progress and energy. Use simple tools to surface patterns that can be redesigned effectively.

  • L3: Rethink What You Measure and Track

Metrics influence what we value and pursue. Learn how to replace vanity numbers with signals that reflect meaning. Connection, growth, and coherence become your new markers of success.

  • L4: Design for Energy, not burnout

Energy is the fuel behind how we live and work. Identify where your energy leaks and what restores it. Redesign practices to sustain stamina and create renewal.

  • L5: Build Coherence Across Systems

Invisible systems connect across work, home, and community. When decisions, rituals, and measures align, everything reinforces meaning. This lesson teaches how to create flow instead of friction.

  • L6: Lead with Courage and Clarity

Change requires naming what others often overlook. Learn to use your authority to make the invisible visible.
Hold space, set direction, and design with intention in messy moments.
